 Kitecorner offer free delivery on all items ordered online. All goods are delivered via Royal Mail.
Orders
No contract will come in being between you and Kitecorner until Kitecorner accepts your order by email and confirms by email that it has dispatched your product.
We are entitled to refuse your order for any reason whatsoever, in which case we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. In addition any such contract will be interpreted , construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling. In the case of product prices these are exclusive of any delivery charge. You may pay for your order with any one of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Solo, JCB. To ensure that online purchases are secure, your card details will be encrypted using 128bit SSL technology.
You may also pay by cheque for your order. If paying by cheque please send a cheque drawn on a recognised UK bank & made payable to Kitecorner. Please allow five working days for clearance. Please write your name & address on the back of the cheque.
Returns / Refunds Policy
If the wrong item has been dispatched or the goods are not of satisfactory quality they can be returned to us for a full refund. All other goods not covered by the above, we will consider on an individual basis. We may consider an exchange if the goods are unused, in their original condition with labels/tags attached and/or in the original packaging. With the exception of faulty goods all delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.
All refunds are at our sole discretion. In all cases please contact us & we will advise you on how items should be returned to us.
